I waited a long time to write a review because I was giving a chance to the seller. I ordered 500 finger counters and requested 5 different colours, 100 each. After almost 3 months I got a box with 500 mixed colours that I didn't request. When I asked the seller about it he told me that I didn't request it before the order and I did, but just I used a form of politeness saying "if possible I want..." and the seller confirmed that yes it was possible my order wasn't confirmed as I requested it, then he mentioned that I was chatting to and AI bot and now just stopped replying, reading my messages and ignoring me. We tried to organize a pick up and due holidays in China and a business trip that I had we couldn't agree on a date but then when I was available the seller just quit replying.
